The Eleventh installation of buses in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada! In this episode, we take a look at the trolleybuses and diesel buses working out of Marine Drive Station (including a trolleybus ad-wrapped for the Vancouver Canucks!) before venturing into the wilderness at Stanley Park Loop. Then we view the various goings on at Ladner Exchange. After that, we take a trip to Surrey Central Station, and finally we see Coast Mountain buses meeting BC Transit buses at Aldergrove Exchange. Enjoy!
A truly beautiful city shines from the inside out. The world has been invited to Vancouver for the 2010 Winter Games, 10000 journalists are invited, and politicians are falling over themselves for a job well done. I have news for all of them. The athletes will compete and Vancouver will shine but the most important impression left on visitors will be the one left by Vancouverites. We met Claire for the first time on a small ferry by Granville Island, she is one of the captains, her friendly demeanor is the kind of welcome all visitors should get so the memories they take home will be of the people of Vancouver, the kind of memories that will have them coming back over and over. The media is not going to make the 2010 Winter Games a success, it will be the people of Vancouver.
